The driver didn't know where I was & kept lengthening the delivery time- it was purely by chance I saw him through my window ( I'm in a block of flats & he couldn't been anywhere) I had to shout out the window & give him instructions as for some reason he wasn't calling me & I didn't have his number. Finally received my food to my fla but took him a while to understand as he didn't know English or the area really well - as a delivery they should have some basics down - as a result of all this, my food was cold when I got it. Should hire better delivery drivers tbh!
