Lovely delivery guy, food was good apart from one of the cod didn't seem fresh quite dry and chewy compared to the other one

I ordered a meal on 23rd Dec 2024. this meal has given me loose stools since ordering and eating from this takeaway. I am not happy at all. I've been in contact with just eat and they will not issue a refund even though the meal was through their provider. unsure what to do next
