food is always stunning. would prefer when ordering online if realistic delivery times are given. online stated 15 to 20 mins which is why I chose to order, came after 1hr 10 mins which meant it arrived after my husband left for work

My food didn't arrive because just-eat driver never arrived at The Glade Cafe, hopefully will be able to get a refund. I have ordered from here a number of times the fantastic

I’m so sorry for the inconvenience Jay - as you can see from the previous order we’ve had some bad issues with the Just Eat drivers over the Christmas period. We have complained to HQ, and I hope they refund your order in full — we will keep you updated and hope to see you soon! Hopefully this doesn’t deter you from ordering from us again, hopefully after the New Year JE will improve their numbers of drivers. Thanks once again Jay. So sorry this issue is out of our control

When ordered it said it would be here at 1.30-2 but it got here at 3pm. Very late. Thankfully the food was warm. It is just before christmas so I expected it to be busy but it was a very long time to wait. 2 hours!

Hi Laura, I'm so sorry regarding this issue, we have opened a case for compensation with Just Eat. They really struggled allocating drivers today and we have been in touch with our account manager. We recooked your order 3 times, due to false collection times by Just Eat. I'm sorry you had this experience with us, but unfortunately, on this occasion it's completely out of our control. These waiting times are unacceptable, and we await to see what JE is to do for this inconvenience.
