Food was 10/10. Ordered the platter and Hyderabhadi biryani. Everything was nicely seasoned. Was kindly informed by restaurant beforehand food could to be slightly late due to being very busy but it arrived on time. Would order easily again from here.

I've ordered my food from them and the grill chicken was absolutely delicious and the salad was fresh & double cheese burger was yummy. Will definitely order again. Than you for excellent service

Flavoursome food, though the Pilau rice was too spicy for us. Otherwise we enjoyed it all. A vegetarian burger option would be nice.

The food doesn't replicate image, burger size is small and meat patty is thin, and the burger contains less toppings and flavour is very bland and cold.Very disappointed with the good and a huge contrast to the image displayed.
The Grill Factory replied Hi Anisa, first of all like to apologise for your expectations. Any images on any food place can never give you exact replica. Also our burgers are 100 %meat hence patty gets small once cooked. You should have mentioned that you wanted extra toppings and sauce. Easy to judge food places and leave reviews which we believe it's unfair especially taking 20%discount and leave 1 star. Good luck finding images replica food.
