Worst experience I’ve ever had, o ordered at 2pm and got the order at 6pm and I lost my appetite and didn’t want the food anymore, this is literally a disaster never going to order from this place

Hugely disappointing. I've ordered from here before, and thoroughly enjoyed the food. Today's experience was terrible. Rice was okay. Dahl makhani was undercooked and a but crunchy. Chicken bhuna consisted of 5 tiny pieces of chicken thigh, which were so overcooked, tough and stringy, that they appeared to have been cooking for a week. Even if I had a dog I would not have insulted him with this rubbish.
