Food was meh. The reception lied saying the driver was in traffic four ages but the restaurant is maximum 10 minute drive from me, worse case 20 minutes, order come over 2 hours late by saying there was traffic. I have evidence the delivery driver said he only just collected the food. I wouldn’t have ordered this if this was the case

Order was over 45 mins late and despite the app being updated to say it was delivered on time, the restaurant was unhelpful and unable to locate or speak to the driver as to when our order would be delivered.

Good food quality. Didn't receive free prawn crackers when spending pver £15 though. We ordered from here specifically for this deal, the restaurant said it was £30 spend to get them, but we had spent £27 anyway, so poor from them.

Awful experience. Waited 3 hours and still no food. Used the just eat app to request a refund which was rejected by the restaurant. Called the restaurant 3 times and they are unhelpful and rude. Would give zero stars if possible.
