2 hours for a chicken salad and chips ! Dont bother with them it wasn’t that nice either! Cold too

Never had a bad meal. Foods always amazing and hot when it arrives. Never been late with an order and the guy delivering from the Crown was very lovely. Would recommend to anyone, especially their roast dinners and their pizzas 🫶

The food was amazing, the deliery not so. The individual this was delivered to is pretty much house bound and struggles to move at all. The delivery driver kept buzzing the front door buzzer to the commnal flats even though the front door was open. The recipient was shouting down the hallway stating they where there (probably 10 meters from the front communal door.) The individual just stood there and did not enter. Eventually the recipient had to use an A-Frame to struggle to the front door at which point after discussion the delivery driver followed them to their flat and handed over the food. This is not adequate delivery to a property, it needs to be delivered to the customers actual front door. Further the recipient then spent the next 15 minutes trying to recover their breath and stablise their breathing. A complaint was made to the restaraunt and hopefully they will contact the recipient and respond to ths complaint.

10/10 food!!! Best pizza in Colchester. Just wish it had been hotter on arrival as was quite cold
