Food never arrived and yet says delivered on just eat. A thank you to the restaurant for calling to to explain the delay wasnt due to them

No dilvery man has brought my dinner time been changed 3 times I had to go pick it up my self and it was freezing cold I want refunded as Mayfair rang me 3 times to say dinner had been made for ages and no dilvery man turned up

Hi, thank you for your review,what actually happened was just eat did not have any drivers available, we phoned you to keep you updated,the third time we phoned you it was to tell you a driver had arrived and if you wanted us to dispatch the food, you said your nephew was going to collect it.As we were making you a fresh meal, you asked if you could have the cold one as we would be bining it. Please don't make things up You had 2 meals and now you want a refund.

The only down side was Just Eat’s cycle delivery driver , the food its self was really good. Might pop down though next time .
