Not happy at all! This is not the first time this has happened… my dad has dementia and we leave notes as instructed to the driver to ring if there’s a problem… he doesn’t understand to give the code so we message the driver once he’s picked up the food and give the code which is fine. There was no option to do this tonight so when my dad didn’t give the code it confused him and in the end a neighbour came to help! GET YOUR DRIVERS TO READ THE NOTES! We leave a number to ring if a problem!

I always look forward to ordering from here. We don't go to any other chippy. The chips, fish, curry sauce & mushy peas are all amazing! They also offer excellent customer service. Couldn't ask for better. Thanks 😊
