Hello, you ordered from just eat, and the drivers are not our drivers. They are all from just eat or uber eat. You have to contact them. We as the restaurant do not even get the drivers number. I have contacted just eat just now and they have told me that the driver tried calling you 5 times, you did not answer, you did not put the door number for your flat, so the driver did not know which door number he has to call. He waited 20 minutes waiting for you, then just eat told the driver to leave the food behind and leave. In this case this was your fault, by not providing the correct address and also not picking up your phone or at least calling the driver yourself.

Hi Michael you can call us in the shop to make sure what exactly you would like on your food and also you can write on the app before placing your order as you have done before and other customers do also. There is a section for you to write which salad, sauce etc… Food arriving cold is out of our hands as it is not our drivers. All are being delivered by just eat and uber eat drivers.
