Friday 19 July 2024I’m really not happy with the order. The menu clearly states that the Dosas are served with sambar and explains what sambar includes. Previously I did not check their menu but today I had a look to see if it actually comes with sambar instead of me ordering sambar as an additional item. I ordered 4 dosas but only one sambar was included and an additional paid portion was included. I don’t understand why 4 portions of sambar did not come with the 4 dosas as it has also been stated on the menu.

Hi, thank you for leaving a feedback. We are sorry for this miss understanding. As we are trying to be as eco friendly as possible we combine sambars for multiple dosas and we send bigger portion and as you clearly stated you have received a big portion and then the portion you have ordered which was the combination of 4 small sambars. Please feel free to let us know next time that you would prefer separate sambars and we will make sure to provide you with separate small portions instead of a big one.
