I’m writing this to give people the heads up. We have used Taste hot for several years and never had an issue.. taste hut was always our go to and it was lovely food. then about three or four weeks ago we had ordered.It then said food had been delivered and it hadn’t. I rang the shop. Food arrived about 5 or 6 minutes later, most of it was cold. Since then after I complained we have been banned from taste hut. I’ve tried to order three times since it lets me order them within a couple of minutes. It comes back been cancelled.

Never arrived, avoid at all costs.

After this review and refund, we visited your address as our driver confirmed delivery to the correct address. Initially, the gentleman stated his wife had received the order he didn't know, but when the lady came to the door, the situation escalated and became hostile. We value fairness in reviews and strive to deliver quality service.

We've not ordered from here on ages, the pizzas were perfect, food arrived early and piping hot, will definitely be ordering again.
