Previously we've had one poor experience from here (earlier review) - so only fair to write this. Ordered Fish and Chips for my wife and myself today for lunch. Delivery was a bit haphazard (no fault of the restaurant). Food lovely - good fish (though my wife prefers a lighter batter), chips were gorgeous. Peas a little sweet for me, and the tartar sauce strangely garlic-y not something I'd normally complain about, but just a little odd here... but I'm being critical. Good food, and whilst perhaps a little pricey the recent increases to the cost of your generic chippy fish-and-chips bring the Ginger Bistro back into competitive play yet with a higher quality of food (and better packaging to help the fish 'travel' well for delivery. So, all good, just find a driver that can read door numbers.

Delicious, thank you!! Pleasantly surprised by how much I loved the soup!! And of course the Beef Bourguignon is a firm favourite :) My only small recommendation would be to provide butter with the bread that comes with the soup of the day... otherwise, can't fault it :)
