Tried to cancel as ordered from Wrong restaurant, wouldn’t cancel for me and had already paid. The ‘boss’ was to busy to come to the phone

First of all you asked to cancel when we’ve already cooked all your food. You can only cancel within the time of 5 minutes after you’ve ordered! Secondly, we said we could deliver to you if you can’t come, but you said you’re in L24 (which is not in the distance range to order from our shop) so I don’t know how you manage to order if you’re in L24!? We don’t know what your problem is that you don’t want to come collect but we’ve already made the food! Where can we get our lost back then?!
