Meal was over an hour late, I had to contact the restaurant twice. Once up it had finally turned up it was cold not tepid but cold. Just Eat are hiding behind policies to protect themselves and the restaurant refusing to refund even half of the cost of the meal let alone the whole amount. It's not even like a roast can go in the microwave as the meat goes chewy and all of the crispy items go soft. Hyde Dendy should be ashamed but Just Eat are turning into a joke protecting profit.
