ordered from here before and it was really good. perhaps they are too busy on a Friday night. We wanted delivery just after 7, eat after the kids. so we ordered around 6 and selected a time. food was an hour late. App was showing food delivered but no sign of it. wasn't a big order either. food came over an hour late and we had to reheat as it was Luke warm. usually really good food and service, hoping it was a one off!

What is the point of placing an order if it arrives so much later than expected? By the time it arrived, it was too late to eat! Called to chase - unapologetic, nonchalant, not-very-bothered response. Pathetic! Have been a loyal customer for years. Doesn’t matter how good the food is - unreliable delivery, and unbothered service is not good enough.

Food tasted amazing although lamb was a little chewy. The delivery driver on the other hand left our food on the cold concrete by my door and ran because he heard my dog bark.
