Our wings are slow smoked in apple & beech wood that complement each other to give a medium yet slightly sweet taste. Then fried to get a nice crisp coat and last but not least, tossed in the sauce of your choosing;
All served on a toasted brioche roll with shredded lettuce and sliced beef tomato, accompanied by chips, slaw & salad.
