The Town Fryer

After a long day we decided to get a delivery. Arrived on time and the food was very tasty and hot. The fish was good as were the chips. I would certainly order again.

Chips were completely soggy 😑

The Town Fryer replied Hi Daniel, the reason the chips are not crispy right now is because we are using new potatoes and they general don’t go crisp. They are very different from old potatoes but most people like them. It’s only a short season so we don’t have them for long.

Food was great as usual and delivered on time

£4.40 for chips! Nearly £5 for a £1.50 Smokey sausage

Food is more expensive and sadly portions were smaller

All good, except for a very rude Just Eat delivery driver!

Not huge portion of chips but very tasty and the fish (haddock) was lovely!

Food freshly cooked to perfection and excellent service.

Missing the pie. I phoned and told to collect or a refund. Lovely girl on the phone but I presume it was the owner/manager bark the reply. Tottally bang out of order.

Food very good but cold due to being late delivered.
