Luke warm, undercooked chips, sad looking salad, delivery time was appalling...Second time I have ordered, 1st time food was 5 star hence why i ordered again, please reach out to offer me a replacement

We are sorry to hear that you were not happy with the food. Please come to see us in restaurant to get a replacement. With regards to delivery, we are unable to speed up delivery time as we are using just eat drivers hence we can not take control of it. Many apologies
