Really disappointing we love eating here but our roast dinner trio x2 we ordered wasnt anywhere near as good as eating at premises the roast potatoes were totally inedible rock solid & they are the best bit..& quite pricey for the quality we received

Steak was inedible. Mostly gristle. Couldn't even get knife and fork into it. Have complained to just eat but they said there is nothing they can do. If we were in the restaurant it would have been sent back to the kitchen.

Beef was really dry and chewy, turkey and pork were ok, roast potatoes tasted like cheap frozen ones, no carrots, loads of parsnips which I’m not a fan of, a few strands of cabbage and broccoli that had lost its colour, gravy was watery, cauliflower cheese was undercooked and not very cheesy nor did it have cheese sauce, I was really looking forward to my dinner after reading the menu, sadly very disappointed
