I’m sorry to see you were missing your pigs in blankets, please contact just eat directly who will arrange for the pigs in blankets to be refunded.
I can see you ordered pork, gammon & turkey so I’m unsure how you ended up with just 1 slice of meat.
Our takeaway carveries come with peas, carrots, mash & cauliflower cheese, as well as stuffing, Yorkshire & roast potatoes as standard, so im unsure how you just got mash
Our Sunday carvery is £14.79 so I’m unsure how you spent £30 for just mash.
We’ll be sure to pass your comments back to the team who prepped this meal but you will need to contact just eat directly if you are looking for a refund as your purchase was with them.

Monday 22 July 2024Rather disappointed 😞, when we had it last week it was hot 🔥 and delicious, but this time it was cold, the gravy was very thin, paying what you have to on a Sunday it was not worth the money

Thank you for the feedback, all food is cooked to the required temperature, however occasionally temperature can be lost whilst the order is in transit with just eats drivers, particularly if they are collecting multiple orders.
We do apologise for any inconvenience and would recommend contacting just eat directly.

A little bit about us
Toby Carvery venues have been serving great value roast dinners for over 30 years and are famous as ‘The Home of the Roast’. There really is only one way to do a great British roast – and that’s properly! Who can resist four, slow-cooked succulent meats, a selection of expertly-prepared seasonal veg, piping hot gravy and classic Yorkshire puddings.
We are not able to provide delivery and self-collection meals for guests with food allergies or intolerances at this time. However, we can cater for specific dietary requirements at our restaurant so please visit and eat in with us instead. Our kitchens use ingredients containing the following allergens: Celery, Cereals containing Gluten, Crustaceans, Egg, Fish, Lupin, Milk, Molluscs, Mustard, Nuts (e.g. almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, cashews, pecan nuts, Brazil nuts, pistachio nuts, macadamia nuts), Peanuts, Sesame, Soya and Sulphites (over 10ppm) and there is a risk of cross contamination from these allergens.
