Sorry about the food we at tommys have no control over the drivers and how long it takes them to deliver, all our food is not wrapped and leaves our shop hot . But it tommys that you have given the one star too

Sorry Matthew it went wrong but we at Tommys only prepare the food, it down to Just Eats drivers which we have no control over, There delivery service has been bad for weeks now but its out of our control. But its Tommys who have to deal with the star ratings and complaints. Very Sorry. Try putting complaint in with Just eat.

Saturday 07 December 2024usually a good experience. but yesterday was a joke. nearly 2 hours late the order. appetite gone by the time food arrived. not good 😞😞

Sorry Chris but we at tommys have no control over the drivers, we only prepare the food, its just eats that send the drivers, they have been bad for weeks sending drivers. But its tommys that has to take the star ratings. Once again sorry
