The order did come 15 mins later. The app budged up the time to saying the order would be longer. The food was fine. The delivery driver did have me in a panic as he arrived with a backpack. Miraculously the pizza was all fully intact and came warm. I had to heat the pizza up in my own as I like proper hot pizza.

Placed the order at 12:40 and it didn't arrive until 15:05. Two hours and twenty five minutes is unacceptable time for an order in a quiet period. Makes me not confident of using Just Eat as a delivery app and will choose elsewhere. The pizza did arrive hot which was the only concession I could give.. I couldn't contact the restaurant as the phone wasn't working which was also poor and I needed to contact another branch of the restaurant for help. No one contacted me back to keep me informed.
