Saturday 07 December 2024Food was cold. The packaging wasn’t going to keep the heat and the delivery driver had to bag to keep the items in to keep them warm. Just delivered as they were and all cold.

Wednesday 04 December 2024phoned to say delivery time changed and was assured by someone called laura that they hadnt made my food yet and they were making it after she hung up the phone. phoned turned up 10 mins later freezing cold. happens every time i order food from here.

Tuesday 05 November 2024. Mozzarella sticks was freezing and all the toppings of the pizza had fell off all piled up in the corner. I contacted the restaurant they wouldn’t send a replacement and justeat only offered a refund which is unacceptable
