I have a good few items missing from my order and when I have phoned the shop to explain as I have taken pictures it’s been a completely ignorant on the phone I know the owner well so I’m not happy as we use this shop all the time

there was 3 items missing but paid for. the total for these items we're essential as I'm confined to the house, I want a refund of £6.80 or items delivered ASAP, I thought I'd found a wee gem of a shop, I won't order again.
