Food was lovely. Received call to say they had ran out of soup, refund was sent in cash. Also sent a goodwill gesture (which wasn’t necessary as it’s unavoidable) but appreciated. Overall lunch was lovely and service was fab

chicken mayonnaise the chicken was very very dry could not be eaten. Everything else was okay though. Salad not how I remember it to be either.

Sorry you weren’t happy with your food , but we only use proper chicken breast for the fillers now. And for the salad when we run out of chopped side salad at our busy times it will b substituted with a normal side salad, a iv said in the past if you have a issue call the shop and id be more than happy to fix things for you
