Food was 3 hours late. My food was meant to be for my lunch and now ended up having it for my tea. Was luke warm. Not good

Ordered approx 11:20, food order was made up at 11:38, rang the restyling twice, they said there was a problem with access into the city centre with just eat couriers, tried to cancel but they said we had to get in touch with yourselves. Food eventually came at 14:25 and it was clay cold and very dry. Quite frankly very disappointing.
