We would like to request a refund for this order as we have ordered 16:25 and the order got here 18:25. Unfortunately this was ordered by my partner for me and my friend as a lunch but we had to leave by 6pm. Given he ordered for us well ahead, we could not wait two hours for the food so we have never received it. Please let us know how to apply for refund
