Turned up late portion was small for the price quesadilla weren’t even cut into slices

Hi steve I am sorry you felt this way about your meal we do normally don't have a portion problem I cacn only apologise for this. We don't normally have food out late as I explained when I called you up unfortunately I had a driver no-show and had to wait for new driver to arrive so unfortunately it put everything back we don't normally have this problem. We are sorry about your experience with us and like to offer you the a free meal if you would like to call up and claim it anytime. Also I would like to add we don't cut the quesadillas so it stays hot. Tortillas

Fries were solid and the wrap was soggy and left a funny taste in my mouth hours after eating still.

Good evening Jessica so sorry to here this this has never happened before. If you would like to call up we will give you a free meal for the inconvenience I can't understand why the fries would of been solid or the funny taste in your mouth. I am not happy with what has happened to you so please call ahead and let me change this 2 star into a 5 star by giving such a better meal Many thanks Tortilla team.
