Sunday 07 April 2024Really upset as I left a note "restaurant notes" in capital letters asking for them to provide cutlery and to have a nice day yet no cutlery was left and I now cant eat my salad as I am at work with no kitchen facilities. Staff need to pay attention what if the notes had allergies. at the end of the day im paying a huge amount of money and service charge for terrible service and no way to eat my food. Now I have to go out of my way (probably go to a shop and pay for cutlery ??????!!!
