We are not privy to their delivery routes, and we cannot be held responsible for any discrepancies in the contents of the delivered order. Our pricing structure is determined by the superior quality of the food we offer. We take pride in serving the largest calamari portions, and we exclusively use vegetable oil in our cooking process, unlike many other takeaway establishments that rely on palm oil. Additionally, we prepare our own sauces in-house.

Good evening, We would like to clarify that we purchase our bread from a reputable Turkish bakery and ensure that it is thoroughly cooked before serving. Therefore, the possibility of serving uncooked bread is highly unlikely. However, we were taken aback by the tone of the phone call we received. We believe that it is inappropriate to engage in a conversation using a raised voice or to abruptly end the call by throwing the phone.
