Food was late and stone cold. Asked for a refund they give me back £2. Never ordering from them again.

Food was delivered late . Woukd have been enjoyable apart From had to microwave it as was just about warm when arrived. Dates would have been lot better if piping hot if delivered ontime. Wouldn’t ordering through just eat for this reason

Ordered £30 worth of food. Pizza was incorrect and chips were sent instead of mozzarella sticks. Called the restaurant about the issue, they remade the order and what was delivered it was wrong again. Gave the delivery driver all the incorrect food to take back. Called the restaurant to let them know we’d sent all the incorrect food back, they refused to send out the correct items and said a refund isn’t possible. Was very impolite over the phone and ended the call.
