Took over an hour for delivery despite 30 min estimated time, chips arrived cold too, such a shame as usually arrive quickly and still hot

Quick delivery as always and food was tasty. I wish you would close the hot food bag. I live close by and the chips are always cold. Can you put dips in with the drink instead.

Delivery time kept changing Food was just cold he didn’t have it in a just eat bag we had to microwave it just because i was tired and hungry been looking forward to uncle Sam’s for a while but I won’t be ordering from them again.I don’t normally do a bad review but I’m not happy at all
