Food was late. Had my mobile number but didn't bother to ring to check or confirm address. When I asked if food would still be hot I was told yes. Two of the meals was cold, one was just warm but all had to be microwaved, a side was cold and stale and one of the cold meals was dry and not as described. Very disappointing and a lot of money that I save for occasional treat.

Lost a few stars due to unsociable delivery. Just left the food on the main path on the street, very unsafe and worse disgusting. Suffering with a bad back and the step is far down so made this worse to bend. Also when knocking she didn't knock, she thumped that door window so hard the livingroom echoed. Not the first time, she's done this previously even when asked to hand over correctly. Overall food was just as good as normally us but she definitely needs further training or a refresher.
