second time in a row I've waited and waited for no food to show up at all. it is impossible to contact you or get a response. shameful. will not be ordering again

Placed an order, but did not ever receive it. Unable to contact restaurant as the number provided rang through to voicemail. No contact from restaurant to let me know that it was going to be late. Hoping for a full refund from Just Eat

never arrived. abysmal. £40+ delivery marked as delivered half an hour ago. restaurant phone number goes straight to voicemail, no reply via phone or Just Eats text option. it's a shame cause the food is usually really good but we won't waste time, money and hunger on this place again. 1* is too generous but I can't give less. very disappointed, very hungry.

Issue with the machine at restaurant so no food recieved. Staff member took photo of order on my phone so that they can arrange a refund
