chips were charged but were supposed to be free

Hi dear, thanks for the 5 stars, we hope your meal was up to your expectations! just to be clear I don't think you paid for the chips! on our side we see a 10 pound discount but we are not able to see the details of the discount, so if it is not a discount due to the stamp card you probably got the 20% discount as a new customer plus the free chips! so on a total spend of 30 pounds the 20% discount is 6 pounds plus 4 pounds of chips saved for a total discount of 10 pounds! I think that's it! Maybe 🤔 let Me know 😌
