50 items out of 53 missing from a grocery order and you are telling me you won't refund me for the missing items, this is unacceptable, you have kept money for undelivered items, this is stealing, your app does not have option of partially delivered and if only some items have been delivered you mark the whole order as delivered, you also don't take into account that motorbike drivers cannot take many bags and grocery shopping requires many bags so more than one driver delivery!!!!
