Hi James I'm sorry about your experience. We spoke on the phone and agree it was the drivers mistake. You were delivered another customers food from somewhere else. I'm annoyed this has happened. But as discussed your ordered was done correctly on our behalf but incompetent drivers have inconvenienced you. Hope this doesn't put you off ordering off us again.

Hi Donna Apologies you feel like you do. But you paid for small 4oz curry sauce as requested which is what I provided you with. That's the size we use. If you wanted a bigger one the 7oz would've been more suitable. As for the sausage and chips that's a special and that's the box we use for them all. It may be a good idea to see what other chip shops provide and Use for specials to see our sizes are quite generous. Many thanks
