Really poor experience and very poor food. Order was accepted but then delayed by nearly an hour. They have your money. Order can't be cancelled. Hot food was stodgy, soggy and wet. Cold chicken sandwich had been put on top of hot food meaning it had to be thrown away as not safe to eat partly warmed chicken. Extremely disappointed by the service and the standard of the food. Definitely not up to the usual standard you would expect from Waterfields. Will not be ordering again.
