My order was short of all the hot food when I rang the shop they said that the courier had forgotten to collect the hot food and when I asked for them to deliver it they said no I would have to re order it and pay again apawling behaviour and not customer service will never use this service again

my pizza was freezing 🥶 cold rock hard like a Frisbee the 2 baguettes were rock hard and no filling Jamaican patty was rock hard and cold absolutely shocking

the staff here have an inability to count to 4. when placing an order, selecting and paying for four extra items, it is customary to receive 4 items not zero. Best bit, they even add the receipt to let you know you should have received four items. it's not rocket science wenzels, you guys are filling pieces of bread not utilising quantum physics
