    Very poor service, I wish for a refund as I didn’t receive my big breakfast baguette neither a chicken bloomer sandwich and the Latte drinks were half full and freezing cold -0 stars

    quality of food is always really good. Just a shame that food is luke warm at best. Putting cold bottled drink in with hot food isn't great. driver took 10 minutes from bakery to deliver so can't really blame him

    Two hours late! Miss my lunch break, had no food. This is unacceptable and feel I need a refund for the two hour delay. Not happy!!
