I did not receive my order. After standing at the pinned location when the driver called, he was not at the location and refused to come to the pinned location. He was extremely rude and verbally abusive over the phone when I had explained I was standing at the pinned location and could not see him. I am really upset about this as I have used the only money I have left for the week in order to eat. I am left in tears over the way he spoke to me. This is unacceptable.
