Monday 07 October 2024Burger bun was wet and cheap meat no salad! Cheesy chips stuck to the foil. So no cheese on my chips. Won’t order again.

Hello, we are really sorry to hear you was unhappy with your meal. We toast the buns so not sure how it got wet, i apologise for it. Your burger only requested burger sauce, no salad. You could have added salad or any other item from the drop menu after choosing your sauce. We have been wrapping cheesy chips in the same way for over a year and never had a complaint so we will check if we can do it differently. Thanks for your feedback.
