Wednesday 06 November 2024food wasnt delivered when it should of been it left the shop around 9.40 i had to ring around and just eat has wrong telephone details for shop. i had to ring shop myself and i missed an important appointment

Sorry that just eat didn’t bring your food Chris we did put a complaint it. That’s why I personally bought it myself. Food left my shop at 9.41.

Saturday 14 September 2024Ordered cheese and chilli on a jacket potato, only got cheese on it. Pork sandwich was ok although it came cold with a separate pot of gravy

Hi we did call you to tell you we ran out of chilli but there was no answer. You didn’t state u wanted gravy only stuffing and pepper so we put gravy in pot just incase you wanted some. The order was taken by the driver straight away so I’m not sure why it would be cold, I do apologise for any inconvenience caused. Thanks
