I placed my order at 17:43 with a predicted delivery time of 18:20. The tracker showed the route taken. It was a very convoluted route presumably due to other deliveries. At one point they were less than 5 minutes away from my address but they moved to the far side of Aldershot again probably for other deliveries. By the time my food was delivered at 18:51 the sweet potato fries were cold and clammy. The muffin was warm but not hot. The mozzarella sticks were barely warm. Very disappointing!
