parts of the order missing. the burger i ordered was extremely poor for the amount charged. the other people said their meal was okay. I personally will not order from this establishment again

My food has turned up nearly 3 hours late. It's cold and uneatable. I want refunding for this as I called earlier to cancel my order you failed to help. This is unacceptable
