I have visited Wok and Go - Canning Town in person to eat for my staycation 2022. It's OK. On 29/10/24, I have decided to try them again via Just Eat UK app and selected their Chicken Teriyaki Box (Regular) which cost £12.99 in person but I chosen to deliver to my area which I paid £14.92. However, the image that was feature here for their Chicken Teriyaki Box isn't accurate. Once I received my order it wasn't Wok and Go - Canning Town but Sizzling Chopstick?? and lack of Broccoli and Chicken.

Unfortunately what a waste of food and money. Really disappointing. Good tasted hard and very chewy, extremely oily and far from fresh. Also ordered ‘chicken balls for my daughter’ which literally looked and tasted like chicken nuggets! Won’t be ordering from here again

the chicken seemed a little bit overcooked and there was no additional sauce or gravy with my meal. quite disappointed. the spring rolls were satisfactory. I feel they'll have to work harder in order to get more than one order from a customer ever. I shall not be ordering from them again.
