I ordered around 6:55pm. I called the restaurant at 7:49pm and they said that the order had been ready for a while and that there were no drivers picking up my order. Live chat customer service was unhelpful and did not resolve my issue, they even told me my order number was not valid even though I sent a screenshot of my order number. No one was helpful and I couldn't even cancel my order at this point. The order finally arrived at 8:48pm (almost 2 hours later). Absolutely ridiculous Just Eat!
