An item costing £3,45 was missing from my order yet I was only refunded 86p. a rip off (the less polite would call it theft) and I certainly would think twice before ordering again if this is a regular trick.

The food was soggy and cold by the time it arrived. No issue with the delivery time but it had obviously been sat around quite a while. It was that soggy, the scraps were mushy. Most of it went in the bin. Sadly my first and last time ordering from here.
