Went to collect order and requested if we could be seated (my friend had ordered separately on her phone using her account) we were told no, this is understandable however I do not understand why we weren’t allowed to sit outside as those tables weren’t being used by anyone. The staff was rather rude. They also placed our separate orders in one bag. Unsatisfactory experience over all
